Free Mondays continue with Greystone Book Three – The Medusa Coin. This book is the linchpin of the entire opening story arc and remains one of my favorite projects. I learned so much in writing this book (TWICE). I don’t think I would be the storyteller I am if not for the trials and tribulations faced in creating The Medusa Coin.

Pathways in the Dark
Greystone continues this August with Book Four – Pathways in the Dark. Some callbacks to Tales from Portents in this collection, as well as the continuing evolution of Soriya and Loren’s partnership. I think about these stories a lot, even today.
These collections really helped me stretch my creative muscles and hone a structure I still use today.

Secret of the Stone
The penultimate novel in the Greystone series reaches its end this summer. Every Wednesday, check out new chapters for this action-packed adventure that sets up the grand finale this fall.
I have my first proof of Secret of the Stone. For a book that caused me quite a bit of grief, I find myself loving it more and more with each revisit. It’s the characters, for sure. They elevate this book way beyond my imagining. Every interaction works. Every conversation brings out new depths.
It’s been a treat to put the final touches on this one. I hope you’ve been enjoying it as well.
